Thank you for stopping by The RESTORED Mom . My name is Raquel and I am the face behind the blog. This is my sweet hubby and I to your left.

I am a Mama just like you! I have an 8 yr. old, a 5 yr old and a 2 yr. old.

I'm here because I have a heart to encourage and equip you friend to YOUR abundant Motherhood. You see , a few years ago there was a season where I went through some life altering chronic illness and as a result I was left in Mom Burn out . This is A VERY REAL EPIDEMIC friends! It was during that hard season where I master the art of self-care in my motherhood and the results were healing , a restored motherhood and a restored marriage . Ultimately , a RESTORED ME!

Motherhood is full if servitude , the weight of it all can cause it to feel more like a burden than the Blessing that it is at times. Let's re-discover an abundant Motherhood together friend.
