MAMA YOU ARE CAPABLE AND STRONG;
Years ago I went through a season of life altering and debilitation illness. During that season I required full assistance to the point that I became a home shut in.
As a result , I found myself wrestling with my purpose in life. I was so ill that I could not fulfill my role as a mother or a wife . It was as a result that I began pushing for healing and a system of intense self-care that ultimately led me to healing. This season taught me that
"I AM MORE CAPABLE AND STRONG that I realized'.
Physical illness may not be ‘ YOUR STORY ‘ but I KNOW you have your own personal challenges in life friend.
WHAT ARE THEY? WHAT IS THAT ONE THING THAT IS ‘DEBILITATING YOU’?
Is it your schedule being overwhelmingly full? Is it the clutter in your home? How about your marriage or relationship status? Maybe some parenting issues? Anxiety? Depression? Weight-gain?
Even further ? Maybe it isn't anything that is CURRENT in your life , but rather something in your past? A past Trauma maybe?
I WANT TO REMIND YOU TODAY FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE AND STRONG.
LIFE IS GOING TO BRING HARDSHIPS!
If you are not in the middle of one now , you will be soon. I do not say this to discourage you but rather to say that we live in a fallen world and the reality is that hardships come in cycles.
The key in these hardships is to not victimize ourselves.

You see friend, when we give in to the victim mentality , we see victim outcomes.We must be women who TAKE ACTION AND REALIZE THAT WE ARE CAPABLE AND STRONG.
WHEN OUR HARDSHIP IS SOMETHING THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WE MUST LEARN TO LET GO AND TRUST GOD!
LETS APPROACH EVERY HARDSHIP WITH 3 STEPS:
1ST - PRAYER!
This is the greatest thing we can do that will produce the greatest outcome.
2nd – CHANGE YOUR MINDSET!
Tell yourself a different story about your current circumstance . NO, THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CIRCUMSTANCE WILL CHANGE . I DON’T BELIEVE IN THE WHOLE BELIEVE IT, RECEIVE IT THING; We are never promised that. However, a change of mindset will often move us to action and small steps, when done consistently, lead to BIG change.
3rd – HAVE A GENERAL ATTITUDE OF BEING A DOER .
Consistent Baby steps lead to BIG results.
APPLICATION : TAKE PRAYERFUL ACTION , BE MENTALLY AND SPIRITUALLY IN A READY POSITION . WE MUST BE CONSISTENT HERE, PRACTICING PRAYER ON A WEEKLY OR MONTHLY BASIS WILL NOT BRING CHANGE.
My health was an example. For a season I whined and got angry at the Lord. I felt like a victim until I realized that my whining wasn't bringing me change. So.... I did something about it! I found my specialists and I got the treatment and implemented intense self-care. Now I'm gotten 95% of my life back.
WHAT IS YOUR HARDSHIP FRIEND?
WHAT STEPS CAN YOU BEGIN TAKING TO MOVE FORWARD IN THAT HARDSHIP?
HAVE YOU FALLEN INTO A VICTIM MENTALITY?
DON’T FIX YOUR PROBLEM , FIX YOUR THINKING .
KEEP YOUR CHIN UP FRIEND. YOU ARE STRONG AND CAPABLE OF MORE THAN YOU KNOW. YOUR HARDSHIP WILL PASS AND YOU WILL RISE AS A STRONGER WOMEN FOR IT!
